Hi, I'm Gift most people call me Gigi.

I got into social media management about three years ago, back when I was still in uni and definitely should have been studying. It started as genuine curiosity, I liked figuring out what made people stop scrolling, and somehow turned into real work with brands and agencies before I even realized it counted as a career.

Last year I had a moment of "okay, I need to actually upskill," which is how I ended up in content marketing, specifically content writing. Since then I've written bylines for a handful of brands and worked with reputable names in the space, which past me, who was just messing around on social media, would find pretty funny.

When I'm not working, I'm reading, or deep in a podcast, or watching yet another YouTube video I definitely didn't plan on watching. I'm one of those people who wants to know a little bit about everything, call it curiosity, call it a mild inability to just relax.

I believe in community. I believe that if you put your mind and your heart into something and actually chase it, you get there, not overnight, but you get there.

Three years from now, I want to be exactly where I'm meant to be: living in the will of God, working with brands I actually respect, and seeing more of the world while I do it.
